The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything, including taxis and buses to go downtown. There is also a bus stop nearby that can take you to various locations. the location of the hotel is perfect, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly staff providing excellent service.

Some guests have reported issues with the facilities, such as rusty kitchen areas and uncomfortable sunbeds.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location was great, right on the banks of a pretty lagoon. We enjoyed the view and even saw a large crocodile! The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with a clean and nice pool area. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to the bus stop, with access to other hotels' beach areas and the vibrant bars and clubs.

The location was ideal, offering a beautiful view of the lagoon and easy access to Cancun's top hotels and beaches. The on-site pool was well-maintained. The hotel also had a convenient store next door and was just a short walk away from the bus stop. The air conditioning in the room worked well and the shower had hot water. The hotel provided towels and the beds were comfortable.
